## Overview

Saldivo charges per successful payment only. There is no monthly minimum, no setup fee, and no charge when a payment fails or a checkout is abandoned.

## Open banking

- Price: 1% + 20p per successful payment.
- Cap: £4 per transaction.
- Best for: higher-value accountancy invoices, tax work, payroll services, retainers, and other business collections where a capped fee is useful.
- Included: payer verification, settlement status, reconciliation metadata, signed webhooks, and audit certificate.

## Cards

- Price: 1.4% + 20p per successful UK consumer card payment.
- Cap: no cap.
- Best for: payers who expect card checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a familiar card flow.
- Included: payer verification, settlement status, reconciliation metadata, signed webhooks, and audit certificate.

## Failed payments

- Failed payment charge: £0.
- Abandoned checkout charge: £0.
- Setup fee: £0.
- Monthly minimum: £0.

## Important notes

Saldivo never holds client funds and never stores raw card data. Card payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Open-banking payments are processed through Yapily. Identity verification is provided by Certivus.
