Company information

Saldivo is a trading name of Finvera Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10484785), with its registered office at 64 Yardley Green Road, Birmingham, West Midlands, B9 5QE. Saldivo is a Rajoka portfolio company.

Regulatory status

Saldivo is not an FCA-authorised payment institution and does not hold client money. Saldivo operates at Tier 0: it orchestrates payments and binds them to verified identities, but never holds funds and never stores raw card data.

Regulated payment services are delivered by authorised third-party providers — card payments by Stripe and open-banking payments by Yapily. Funds settle directly to your own account with those providers. Identity verification is provided by Certivus.

This structure matters operationally. Saldivo provides the software layer that captures invoices, creates payable requests, routes the payer to the selected rail, receives provider status events, and records the audit trail. The regulated provider remains responsible for the regulated payment service. Saldivo does not pool, safeguard, lend, invest, delay or otherwise control customer funds.

Operational safeguards

Saldivo is built around a separation-of-duties model: payment initiation, identity verification, settlement confirmation and reconciliation evidence are recorded as distinct events. That makes support, complaints and audit review easier because every record can be traced back to the invoice, payer, provider reference and timestamped status history.

If a provider reports degraded performance, Saldivo can show the affected rail and keep the rest of the workflow available where possible. If a payment fails, the payer can be asked to retry; if a payment settles, the evidence remains attached to the invoice record for later review.
