Terms of service
Last updated 25 June 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of the Saldivo platform and saldivo.com. By opening an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Saldivo is a payment-orchestration platform, and a trading name of Finvera Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 10484785). We connect invoices to regulated payment rails and bind each settlement to a verified payer. Saldivo operates at Tier 0: we never hold your funds and never store raw card data. Regulated payment services are provided by authorised third parties.
Eligibility and accounts
The service is for UK businesses and the professionals who serve them. You must be 18 or over and authorised to act for your business. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Fees
Fees are charged per successful transaction at the rates published on our pricing page. There is no monthly minimum or setup fee, and no charge for a payment that fails.
Third-party rails
Card payments are processed by Stripe and open-banking payments by Yapily. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. Funds settle directly to your own account with the relevant provider.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering requirements.
Intellectual property
Saldivo and its content, software and trademarks remain our property or that of our licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service, nothing more.
Availability and disclaimers
We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the acts or availability of the third-party rails.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saldivo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or where required by law or a payment partner.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Contact hello@saldivo.com.
