Privacy policy

Last updated 8 July 2026

This policy explains how Saldivo collects, uses and protects personal data when you use saldivo.com and the Saldivo platform, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Saldivo (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Saldivo is a trading name of Finvera Limited, a Rajoka portfolio company registered in England and Wales under company number 10484785, with its registered office at 64 Yardley Green Road, Birmingham, West Midlands, B9 5QE. For any privacy question, contact privacy@saldivo.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us — account details, business and contact information, and correspondence with our team.
  • Contact-form data — when you use the contact form on saldivo.com we collect your name, work email, optional company name, the type of enquiry and your message, so we can respond.
  • Payment and identity data — processed by our regulated partners (Stripe, Yapily) and our identity provider (Certivus). Saldivo never sees or stores raw card numbers.
  • Usage data — pages visited and interactions, collected via analytics only where you have consented (see Cookies below).

How we use your data and our lawful bases

  • To provide and operate the platform — performance of a contract.
  • To secure, maintain and improve the service — legitimate interests.
  • To respond to and manage enquiries you send us — legitimate interests (responding to your request); for sales enquiries, steps to enter a contract.
  • For analytics and product measurement — consent.
  • To meet accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations — legal obligation.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies. Analytics (Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode, Microsoft Clarity, and Plausible) load only after you accept via our cookie banner; decline and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Who we share data with

We share data only with processors that help us run the service: Stripe and Yapily (regulated payment rails), Certivus (identity verification), Google and Microsoft, and Plausible (consented analytics), Resend (transactional and contact-form email delivery), and our hosting provider. Each acts under a data-processing agreement. We never sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account and transaction records for at least seven years to meet UK tax record-keeping requirements. Enquiries sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up — normally up to 24 months — unless they become part of a customer relationship. Analytics data is retained for a shorter period in line with the provider’s settings.

International transfers

Production data is hosted in the UK or EU. Where a processor transfers data outside the UK/EU, it does so under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, contact privacy@saldivo.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
